Content Design Patterns

Content design patterns turn common information challenges into reusable solutions. I use these patterns to create consistent, intuitive experiences that help users find what they need, understand it, and take action across products and platforms.

Product Content for Different Tools

All guides within the Oracle UA Knowledge Center (internal governance site) followed the same titling and organization patterns. The pattern can be adapted to the specific needs of products; for example, the Catalog Manager tool is web-based and doesn’t involve any installation or setup steps by the user.

The styling of the PDF content is defined by an Oracle template. You might also see pagination or styling issues as this content was designed to appear in HTML format in a web portal.

Installation Content for Technical Networking and Small Business Products

The design pattern for installation content at McAfee easily adapted to a technical products for network administrators (McAfee Policy Enforcer) and simple management products for small-to-medium business customers (McAfee Protection Pilot).
